Sad to hear one of our favorite events of the year has been canceled due the coronavirus pandemic. Below is the notice from VidCon.
We were so excited about the 11th annual VidCon US, but our number one priority is always the safety and health of our attendees, sponsors, speakers, creators, and staff. Unfortunately, due to the continued uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, and the precautions being taken by authorities worldwide to manage this pandemic, we have come to the difficult decision to cancel VidCon this June. We are working hard to bring you a VidCon US experience this fall and will keep you posted as those details come together. Don’t worry; it will still be an amazing event that you won’t want to miss! “

The 11th annual VidCon US has been canceled. All tickets and merchandise that were purchased for the June 17 – 20, 2020 event will be fully refunded by April 15, 2020. If you have already canceled your ticket, you will receive a refund for any processing fees that were applied at time of cancellation. Please note that purchases can only be refunded to the original method of payment, so if your bank has changed or the card you used is no longer valid, please be sure to reach out to your bank or credit card issuer to ensure that these funds are directed to the proper account. You will receive a receipt detailing the transaction as soon as your refund is processed. Please keep an eye out for a follow-up email regarding Disney Day tickets and hotels booked through Experient using our attendee link.

We are committed to bringing a VidCon US experience to our fans, creators, and the industry in 2020 and are actively working on a plan to do so this fall. We will have further details to share by June 15, 2020.
