Vans Warped Tour – RFK Stadium Grounds – Washington, DC – June 13 & 14, 2026
For generations, Vans Warped Tour has represented more than just a music festival. It has been a community, a rite of passage, and a place where music lovers can discover their next favorite band while reconnecting with old favorites. A year after its triumphant return, we arrived at the festival grounds at RFK Campus for Warped Tour D.C. 2026 to see firsthand how it successfully captured the OG Warped Tour spirit, delivering a weekend filled with nostalgia, excitement, and East Coast summer heat.

From the moment the gates opened, the atmosphere captured everything that has made Warped Tour special for decades. Fans of all ages filled the grounds wearing band shirts from all eras, Warped Tour merch, brightly colored hair, and of course, in true Warped Tour fashion, anything and everything checkered print. It was a true celebration of alternative music culture.

Day one began with the iconic reveal of the blow-up schedule, determining which stage fans were rushing to first. The first lineup of the weekend included some iconic performances from Beauty School Dropout, The Wrecks, Thrice, The Home Team, Gwar, Crown The Empire, Waterparks, The Used, Bryce Vine, Dance Gavin Dance, Vana, Third Eye Blind, Sleeping with Sirens, The Front Bottoms, and more. Each set drew massive audiences that continued to grow as the day went on. Each act brought fresh energy, and sparked sing-alongs that could be heard across the grounds.

Day two included another incredible lineup including Oxymorrons, The Dollyrots, New Found Glory, Hot Mulligan, Coheed & Cambria, Yellowcard, Breathe Carolina, Jutes, The Story So Far, Jimmy Eat World, Sace6, Citizen, Grandson, Boston Manor, Iann Dior, 3OH!3, Plain White T’s, Of Mice & Men, The Devil Wears Prada, Caskets, and more.

Beyond the music, the festival offered plenty of opportunities to engage with the broader alternative culture that Warped Tour helped cultivate. Merch tents, nonprofit organizations, artist meet and greets, various vendors, BMX bikers and professional Vans skaters all gave attendees reasons to explore between performances. The festival maintained its long-standing tradition of creating a space where music, activism, creativity, and community could coexist. Despite the incredible sets, awesome food, and summer heat, what stood out the most was the sense of community. Whether it was fans helping each other through crowded pits, strangers bonding over favorite albums, or hundreds of voices joining together for a nostalgic chorus, the festival felt like a true reunion. The spirit of Warped Tour remained intact, while the new wave of punk filled the grounds.

By the end of the weekend, attendees left sweaty, exhausted and sunburned, but they also left with memories that will last a lifetime. It was a perfect example of a thriving celebration of a scene that continues to grow and inspire new generations of fans. We can’t wait to see you again next year, Warped Tour!
